Job Details 5-10 years of Structural Engineering experience PE license preferred, a SE license would be ideal Strong proficiency in residential and commercial wood design and construction Experience with wood design, residential, & mixed use Post-Tensioned Concrete and podium design preferred The ability to perform structural calculations / detailing / construction support
dealing with structures designed with wood, concrete, masonry, and steel Experience preparing detailed structural reports and deliverables for client use and
permitting The ability to write clearly and concisely The ability to speak with clients and be understood, work independently, make site
visits to evaluate existing structures, be dependable, have a friendly attitude, and follow through.
