Job Details
Responsibilities: Lead and grow the sales department, including hiring, training, and performance management Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and revenue Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales goals with operational capabilities Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar area of study 5+ years of sales management experience in the food manufacturing or processing industry Proficiency in CRM platforms and ERP systems
