We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

HR and Recruitment Administrator

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities - HR and Recruitment Administrator Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system Assist with internal communications, onboarding, and recruitment processes Schedule and conduct candidate interviews; coordinate reviews and offer letters Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job postings and resume tracking Support benefit administration and vendor invoice processing Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications - HR and Recruitment Administrator High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred HR experience is a plus but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and ATS systems is advantageous Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
