The company has been experiencing exponential growth Entrepreneurial culture that encourages innovation and ownership Access to advanced tools, systems, and structured processes Strong commitment to employee development through education and training Opportunity to contribute to strategic financial initiatives and influence the future of the organization Offers a full benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401k, and PTO Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support vendor and contractor payment processes in collaboration with Accounts Payable Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and reporting Qualifications of the Senior Accountant: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA designation or active progress toward CPA certification highly preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems required
