Job Details

Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys handling special education and general education law cases Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and filings Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with clients and outside parties Maintain accurate case files and ensure documents are properly organized Assist with client intake, communication, and case tracking Prepare and submit filings on time, ensuring compliance with deadlines Support attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, and case materials

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant (experience in education law a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Professional, reliable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact effectively with clients
