Part-Time and As Needed Weekends: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (2–4 shifts per month) Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (as needed for coverage) On-Call: Evenings 6:00 PM – 10:00 AM, on rotation (2–3 evenings per week) Coverage includes weekends and PTO relief
PHARMACIST | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The
Pharmacist
will support prescription fulfillment, patient education, and compliance within a collaborative team environment. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
