Troubleshoot activation issues, swiftly resolving setup challenges and coordinating technical support as needed. Liaise across teams, ensuring seamless communication between sales, provisioning, and customer support for efficient service deployment. Maintain proactive communication, providing timely updates, managing expectations, and fostering client trust from day one. Ensure documentation & compliance, accurately completing contracts and service agreements while adhering to regulatory standards. Guide clients through resources, helping them navigate AT&T portals, self-service tools, and troubleshooting options for ongoing support. Refine onboarding processes, continuously improving workflows to enhance client transitions and satisfaction.
