Key Responsibilities Own the preparation of digital files for print (layout, bleeds, crop marks, etc.) Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and specs are met Proof, troubleshoot, and ensure print accuracy—spot issues early and solve fast Rework and format existing materials for new print/web uses Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, and marketing teams Execute layout-heavy print pieces that align with brand identity and guidelines Review production proofs and finish samples to ensure design integrity Use InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat daily You’re a Fit If You: Have 5+ years of experience in a hands-on, detail-heavy production design role Are equally comfortable juggling timelines and prepping files for press Know print like a pro—understand specs, pre-flight, and output requirements Are a natural problem-solver and thrive under pressure Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and stakeholders Can pivot quickly and keep projects moving forward without missing a beat Take pride in your work but aren’t attached to your ego Are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work with great people Technical Skills: InDesign, with strong proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Strong understanding of print production and design best practices
