RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet monthly forecast and sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
Managing, training, and directing a team of Sales Representatives
Maintaining a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm and accountability
Supporting other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership
Assist new car and used sales associates in closing sales as needed.
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
REQUIREMENTS
Drive sales!!!
Train and build a strong, high performing sales staff
Monitor performance of sales staff daily, while identifying development needs, providing high-level coaching and mentoring
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores in sales
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Assist sales representatives with customers when needed in order to ensure sale of vehicle
Recruit and maintain a high-caliber staff
Ensure policies/procedures are followed
