Position Description As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Nexus Cognitive, you will drive delivery of complex software and data projects while ensuring exceptional customer experience. Youll work across engineering, product, customer-facing, and Go-To-Market teams, playing a pivotal role in execution, customer engagement, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead execution and timely delivery of internal and customer-facing projects, including software releases, technical implementations, and solution deployments. Oversee and drive execution and delivery of proofs of concept (PoCs) and technical or business assessments for customersowning these from scoping through results-sharing, ensuring smooth handoffs post-assessment or PoC. Partner with the GTM (Go-To-Market) team and participate in the sales and solutioning process, assisting with technical discovery, requirements definition, and pre-sales support for enterprise customers. Synthesize broad product vision into actionable technical project plans, prioritize backlogs, and ensure on-time results. Continuously refine processes for software development and delivery, helping teams operate at maximum efficiency. Engage directly with customers, handling implementation, onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing success management. Advocate for adoption and integration of open source and cloud-native technologies, staying current with the latest trends and opportunities for innovation. Translate technical concepts for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout all project phases. Foster collaboration between engineering, product, GTM, and customer teams to achieve shared objectives and surface new opportunities for improvement. Requirements 3+ years in technical program/project management within a software/data-focused environment. Demonstrated experience executing PoCs and technical assessments for enterprise customers. Experience partnering with GTM, sales, or solution engineering teams on customer-facing projects. Technical acumen in data infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), analytics, and AI/ML workflows. Familiarity with, or an interest in, open source technology ecosystems. Strong communication skills for both internal and customer-facing audiences. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling organization with multiple workstreams
