Building & Earth Sciences is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, supporting others, and creating a welcoming, organized office environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Support our Operations Manager and team with daily administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with HR processes like new hire paperwork and training documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and branch activities
  • Build positive relationships with clients and coworkers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative experience (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
