Healthcare Recruiter — Reston, Virginia

Quadrant Inc is looking to add a motivated, proactive, and outgoing individual to our team in Reston Virginia. This position is on site and is NOT remote.

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least a year of recruiting experience who is interested in managing all functions associated with the recruiting, screening, and placement of field employees. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, high energy, and be flexible in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-oriented attitude is valued.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, hire, and maintain ongoing relationships with qualified nursing professionals across the country to meet clients’ temporary staffing needs.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates, pre-screen, and evaluate skills in relation to position requirements.
• Negotiate compensation and oversee onboarding requirements, managing active healthcare professionals.
• Monitor industry and market trends to identify top accounts, forecast opportunities, and consult with applicants.
• Operate as the Healthcare Recruiter based at Quadrant Inc’s corporate headquarters in Reston, Virginia, in an on-site office setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience; on-site Reston, Virginia role.
• Strong work ethic, high energy, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and a personable, positive attitude.
• Willingness to train the right person; prior recruiting or sales experience is not required.
