We are a fast-growing venture capital firm focused on backing businesses that generate real cash flow, while positioning in high-growth sectors such as AI, Digital Infrastructure, Health Tech, Blockchain, and Clean Tech. We invest and build ventures with strong operating discipline, creative deal structures, and long-term, sustainable value in mind.
We aim to work with visionary founders solving real-world problems. Our dual background in engineering and finance allows us to deeply understand the technologies we engage with, while structuring deals with protections that balance risk and reward.
Culture & Team
- Drive, Curiosity & Resourcefulness. We build our tight-knit team with people who have an insatiable drive for excellence, who see unknowns as opportunities to learn, and who are resourceful in finding solutions to every problem.
- Meaningful Work. Employees often cite that the work is extremely interesting and meaningful; there is regular training, events, and bonding exercises to foster strong internal relationships.
- Collaborative, High-Performing Leadership. The leadership combines engineering, financial, and operational backgrounds. They expect high performance and integrity and support the team with technical, strategic, and domain expertise.
- Learning & Growth. Because of the range of high-growth sectors involved, there is exposure to cutting-edge technologies, deal structuring, operational scaling, and cross-functional collaboration. Team members are encouraged to stretch, learn, and grow.
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant. You'll act as a strategic partner to the executives you support: managing calendars, communications, and priorities to ensure their time is optimized and their goals are met.
You will be the go-to person for making their day run smoothly, anticipating their needs, and helping drive clarity and momentum across the company. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love problem-solving, and bring both poise and warmth to your work, we'd love to hear from you.

- Inbox & Scheduling Management: Stay several steps ahead in managing time, information, and priorities across dynamic schedules and time zones.
- Read the Room: Detect interpersonal dynamics and tensions, and navigate them with diplomacy.
- Strategic Backbone: Serve as a trusted, grounded presence and operational anchor to senior leaders.
- Gatekeeping with Grace: Tactfully manage communication flow and access to executives while maintaining a human-centered approach.
- Presence & Professionalism: Represent the executive office with polish in both internal and external interactions.
- Drive Projects Forward: Track deadlines, support cross-functional efforts, and follow through without needing reminders.
- Write with Clarity: Draft, edit, and review professional communications that are clear, thoughtful, and well-structured.
- Style & Precision: Present documents and interactions with attention to detail and a sense of quality that reflects the executive office.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage interpersonal dynamics tactfully.
- Proactive, tech-savvy, and self-directed: you take initiative and learn quickly.
- Exceptional communication skills across mediums and settings.
- Experience supporting senior leaders, ideally in a tech or fast-paced international environment.
- Strong discretion and reliability in handling confidential and time-sensitive information.
- Poised under pressure: calm, organized, and unflappable when it matters most.
- Personable and professional, with a sense of humor and a high standard of excellence.
- Work alongside top leadership in a global, high-growth investment and technology ecosystem.
- Build influence and impact by shaping how priorities are executed at the highest level.
- Contribute to meaningful work that helps scale transformative companies across emerging industries.
- $95,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)
- Up to 10% bonus potential
