Account Manager, Sales - American Football Join EA in building next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. This role is part of EA Experiences' Office of the CXO (oCXO), where we drive business planning, workforce development, and investment strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. You will lead in-game advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships across EA games with a focus on our College Football and Madden franchises.
Description & Requirements As a member of EA’s Advertising & Sponsorships team, the Account Manager, Sales is responsible for supporting in-game advertising, sponsorships and partnerships across our games with an emphasis on our College Football and Madden Franchises. You will work cross-functionally with studio, brand and operational teams to create target brand lists and define sales go-to-market strategy. You will manage the sales process and own the relationship with media agencies and brands directly. This is not a commission based role.
Responsibilities Create well-rounded revenue generating partnership frameworks for the American Football franchises that include in-game media, sponsorships and out-of-game elements like custom content, social media and influencers.
Manage all communications directly with external clients and be the main point of contact on each program.
Create engaging sales and go-to-market materials for agencies and clients.
Align with internal stakeholders on target brand outreach list and manage your sales outreach progress.
Update and manage internal pipeline management system.
Oversee program execution across all channels – development, integrated communications (Social, Influencer, & PR), reporting, and marketing.
Be an internal resource, educating and updating team members on media/partnerships marketplace changes and brand product expectations.
The Sales Lead will report directly into the Director of Sales.
Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in brand partnerships and advertising.
Experience in client-facing roles where managing client expectation and delivering satisfactory results were key responsibilities.
Experience with managing and achieving sales quotas.
Understanding of how brands partner with sports leagues / organizations.
Passionate about American Football.
Proficient in Airtable, Asana and Google suite to execute campaigns.
Skills Confident in pitching and presenting virtually and in-person.
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
