Culture Think in Systems – Energy and Defense are complex ecosystems with numerous stakeholders, conflicting policies, and emerging properties. First principles thinking alone is insufficient; we think probabilistically and take action. Obsess over the End User – The customer and end user are often not the same. We never build globally competitive commercial products if we lose sight of our end users and their entire interaction with the product lifecycle. Be Unconstrained by Convention – Our only limits are the laws of physics. We solve the seemingly impossible, never shy away from new solutions, and never do things only because that’s how it’s always been done. Craftsman – We focus on high‑quality engineering, personal growth, and a long‑term career path for exceptional individual contributors. We embrace a beginner’s mindset, share knowledge, and never condescend the curious. Seriously Optimistic – We’re ambitious, audacious, and we don’t let cynicism, sarcasm, snark, or belittlement influence us to lower the bar. ITAR Requirements To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident (green card holder), a refugee, an asylee, or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
