What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects from planning through delivery, reporting directly to the Project Sponsor.
- Partner with internal teams to define project scope, goals, and execution strategies.
- Track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure every milestone is met on time and within budget.
- Foster collaboration among engineers, contractors, and operations teams to deliver outstanding results.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 3–5 years of construction project management experience (required).
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, power, or industrial systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills—juggling multiple projects is your superpower.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively across teams and levels.
