Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking freight off carts to correct lane.
• Loader will need to load product on pallets and wrap items to ship properly.
• Loader will be able to lift up 45‑70 lbs if needed.
• Loader will need to follow safety rules to avoid accidents on the floor.
• Loader must operate a pallet jack and secure pallets with load straps. Once loaded.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently; customer service, multi‑tasking, organizational and time‑management skills required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non‑climate‑controlled conditions required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to work the required schedule at the specific location.
• Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit; use hands and arms; regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
• Must be able to see, receive and understand instructions and communicate verbally.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
