Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast‑paced production environment. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the production team in various aspects of project development, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pre‑production tasks, including scheduling and organizing materials
• Support the production team during shoots by managing equipment and props
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Help with post‑production tasks such as logging footage and assembling documents
• Maintain an organized inventory of production equipment and supplies
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones and scheduling meetings

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with production software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
