Overview
As the Manager of Recruiting and Vendor Management Systems , you will lead the team that manages solutions in this space (e.g., Greenhouse, VNDLY, and any other tools or technologies that support Recruiting and the External Workforce Program) and work in concert with our core HCM system, Workday. You will also play a key role in supporting the Workforce Planning process from a systems perspective, managing and optimizing Workforce Planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan or Vena) to enable data‑driven headcount and capacity planning. You will be a strategic partner to People teams, implementing and optimizing systems and processes to ensure business agility and a seamless, intuitive user experience. Your responsibilities include defining and driving the technical strategy to support business needs—systems architecture, integrations, data and process integrity, end‑user training, and effective customer service. You will report to the Senior Manager of People Technology and Systems.
Responsibilities
Lead HR‑related system selection and implementation, deployment of new functionality, and partner with HR functional areas on system‑related process design and integration.
Perform system configuration and build work with teams and vendors, collaborating with functional users to identify best practices and optimize system performance.
Build processes to ensure data integrity within the HR‑related systems, ensuring data follows compliance requirements.
Plan and manage large‑scale system projects, coordinating across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver on scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
Support the Workforce Planning process from a systems perspective, managing and optimizing Workforce Planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning) and designing data flows and integrations with core systems to enable accurate forecasting, headcount tracking, and scenario modeling.
Partner with vendors to research, evaluate and resource opportunities to extend and optimize technology solutions, including process and cost efficiency through automation.
Develop and deliver training, documentation, and change management plans to support end‑user adoption and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience working on an HRIS team.
4+ years as a people manager.
Experience implementing recruiting, vendor management and workforce planning solutions (Greenhouse, VNDLY, Workday, Workday Adaptive Planning).
Experience developing workforce planning capabilities.
Desired Qualifications
Talent acquisition administration experience and preferred experience with additional modules such as HCM, Payroll, Learning, Compensation, etc.
Experience with corporate solutions in large process‑heavy organizations (Oracle, Concur, Coupa, OneStream).
Hands‑on experience managing agile project delivery, leveraging tools such as JIRA or similar platforms to plan, track, and deliver system enhancements.
