Job Description:
- 8-bed pediatric emergency department with ability to flex to 12
- 13,000 annual visits and growing!
- Pediatric subspecialty support
- 24 hour shifts
- Seeking providers with ongoing availability
ALL MUST BE PROVIDED/NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED
- Board Certified Ped EM (no FM/IM) - REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years experience in community PEDS ED setting - REQUIRED
- Cannot accept providers who have not been clinically active for 1 year REQUIRED
- Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) REQUIRED
- CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained REQUIRED
- NV license or IMLC eligible REQUIRED
