What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)   Own product development from conception to launch, strategically expanding core product offerings
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and steer product roadmap
Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and measure success
Align teams on a shared vision and drive execution towards that vision
Communicate plans and progress internally to stakeholders and externally to clients regarding product benefits and functionality
What is Required (Qualifications)   8+ years of product management experience
Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior engineers and cross-functional partners
Strong understanding of building to "institutional grade" with a focus on reliability, scale, and risk mitigation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)   Experience building for large institutions, such as corporates, asset managers, hedge funds, market makers, and VCs
Familiarity with a range of financial services products, including trading, financing, payments, and custody
Deep expertise in financial services products and relevant industry experience in core financial primitives
