KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, track pipeline
- Create onboarding and training checklists; track completions and certifications
- Update SOPs/training docs and produce quick reference sheets
- Audit incident logs; coordinate safety trainings
- Support culture programs (recognition, shout-outs, surveys).
- Desire to be a part of a start-up or growing small business
- Willing to challenge existing ideas and methods
- Creative problem solver
- Friendly communicator who likes working with people!
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Understanding of project management and execution
