## Instructional Designer, Principal Associate | Readiness & Associate Experience* You have expertise in adult learning theory, cognitive science, and other evidence-based learning fields, with a passion for staying on top of the latest research developments* You take delight in finding the best learning design for a specific learning need and have experience with course authoring tools* You know how to balance learning best practices with business needs & constraints, using good judgment in balancing both quality & efficiency* You value creating learning experiences that are both effective and engaging, solving business needs while delighting and engaging the learner* Partner with Principal Learning Consultants to own the design for specific programs and stand-alone offerings that support the learning & performance needs of associates in Branch, Cafes, and Small Business Banking* Complement the needs analysis process by identifying the additional context that will help to ensure successful transfer of skills to the job* Increase the effectiveness of learning solutions by identifying and recommending format/modalities that create an optimal learning experience and demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles* Working with SMEs, design and develop curriculum, programs, learning materials, and performance support tools (including self-study, classroom, e-Learning, etc.) based on industry design standards for a given modality (includes traditional, web, and mobile design)* Demonstrate an aptitude for, knowledge of, and agility with new learning technologies* Engage with project team members to enable clarity of goal; conduct on-going reviews to ensure outcome is on track to meet client needs* Partner with other Instructional Designers and Learning Consultants on the team to support the ADDIE process, as appropriate* Create evidence-based assessments and evaluation methods* Assume personal responsibility for projects and follow-through to completion with minimal need for direct supervision**Basic Qualifications:*** High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification* At least 4 years of experience in Instructional Design* At least 4 years of experience with learning content development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Design Suite, and Camtasia)**Preferred Qualifications:*** 5+ years of Training Design and Development for digital modalities* 1+
years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design* 2+
years of experience with mobile content creation, curation and delivery* 2+
