Make critical technical decisions with clear trade‑off analysis. Build, lead, and retain high‑caliber engineers who love their work. Cultivate a strong engineering culture focused on speed, impact, and continuous learning. Establish pragmatic development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools. Maintain high standards for system reliability, usability, and performance. Define how cutting‑edge AI integrates directly into workflows, not as an afterthought. Lead a high‑velocity engineering team at a critical inflection point. Ship generational software in an industry ready for transformation. Qualifications
3‑5+ years as an engineering manager with full‑stack responsibility. Track record delivering user‑facing products (AI/ML experience is a plus). Experience leading and growing high‑performing engineering teams. Strong technical judgment and project management skills. Proven ability to balance technical excellence with shipping velocity.
