We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced

Clinical Director

to lead our San Mateo County MCRT team. In this mid‑level leadership role, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary group of clinicians and peers, ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed, and recovery‑focused care across the county.

What You’ll Do

Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the MCRT team

Oversee crisis triage, in‑person intervention, and case management services

Maintain compliance with county and state clinical standards

Partner with law enforcement, crisis hotlines, and community resources

Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical staff

What You’ll Bring

Master’s degree or higher in Social Services

Active CA LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license (or eligibility if relocating)

2+ years post‑graduate experience in mental health or substance use services

1+ year of clinical leadership experience (inpatient or outpatient)

Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
