You will actively work with domain leads, functional leads and Client Services to support the strategic direction of the business, manage highly complex issues to resolution and work with domain specialists to solution client improvements and enhancements through corporate actions & change orders. You will also engage with other lines of business on projects that impact other Defined Benefit products and services.* Participate in planning activities and other relevant meetings to represent the DB product* Negotiate with client services and management to focus on the high priority work* Evaluate requests from other areas of the firm to determine impact to the processes you serve and represent DBs operational interests to senior leadership* Evaluate system/process improvements and changes to identify possible impact to the DB organization* Collaborate with Leads or Vendors as requirement clarifications are needed* Manage multiple projects of medium to high complexity and execute project deliverables on time and on budget to support high quality, profitable service delivery* Own and analyze operational issues and recommend business solutions, based on knowledge of clients plan design and system functionality.* Participate & lead Service Recovery efforts## ## ## ## **The Expertise and Skills You Bring*** Bachelors Degree and/or 4+ years of business analytics or project management experience* Ability to balance day to day management of several project-related responsibilities, tasks and deliverables including highly escalated, prioritized requests.* Experience in Project Management and/or Analytics (Preferably in the Defined Benefit Domain but not required)* Working experience with data analytics, SQL, visualization tools, including Tableau, TOAD* Ability navigate across the Fidelity organizations and at various levels within the organization* A blend of process and technology skills; ability to understand end to end processes and translate requirements to enable standardization and automation* Good communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to implement/facilitate change* Forward looking, analytic, continuous improvement mentality* Demonstrate a mix of analytics and technical skills. Ability to analyze/organize large amounts of data* Project consulting experience including requirement discovery and solution design* Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint/Presentation design## ## **The Team**This role will reside within Workplace Investing Defined Benefit (DB) Operations within the Transaction Processing division. You will be responsible for handling and coordinating the day to day delivery of Defined Benefit business reporting, contractual obligations, and internal scale & efficiency initiatives. You will support DBs interests in collaborating with the cross product/functional SMEs, Center of Excellence, BIDS and other lines of business.
