Consumer Division – Focused on serving major retailers and club stores with our trusted products for end users and consumers.
Foodservice Division – Serving restaurants, bakeries, hotels, hospitals, colleges & universities, and more with premium single-use solutions.

Primary Purpose of the Role The Business Analyst II is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering data-driven solutions to various stakeholders. The Business Analyst II will work closely with the project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure that the business requirements are met and the project objectives are achieved. The Business Analyst II will also provide training, documentation, and support for the implemented solutions.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
Analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs, and propose solutions that align with the business goals and objectives.
Create and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, and process maps as needed.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into technical specifications and implemented according to the project plan.
Be the subject matter expert for one or two key systems.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of business solutions and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Participate in testing activities, such as creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data, and executing and validating test results.
Provide systems support and training to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve systems issues as they arise.
Required Skills and Abilities
Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in using MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, and other software applications related to business analysis.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
