Title:Automation QA – mobile/web application
Location – Frisco, TX, day 1 onsite and all 5 days a week
Job Description
Understanding of best QE practices in Software engineering organizations.
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in API testing and automation .
Experience working on at least three product delivery cycles simultaneously and multi-application and multiple-platform environments
In-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC in the Agile delivery model
Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman , SoapUI , RestAssured, Karate, or similar.
Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, JSON, XML, and related API protocols.
Design and develop automated test suites for RESTful APIs using Aptori for AI-powered test generation and coverage validation.
Implement performance and load testing for APIs and services using K6 .
Automate end-to-end tests for web applications with Playwright .
Collaborate with development teams using js backend to understand API structures and edge cases.
Work with machine learning teams to validate Sentiment Analyzer API responses and data accuracy.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Integration testing experience in the complex multi-systems environments
Excellent problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
Plan, forecast, and present solutions to the client
Experience developing design specifications, test plans, and protocols.
Experience identifying the relationship of bugs to software code
Experience managing, prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
