MX Supply Chain is looking for a Sr Program Manager, short‑term planner who continuously engages across business, technical and operational teams to deliver bigger smiles for our customers.

As a Sr Program Manager, you will be the subject‑matter expert in gathering and forecasting demand from customers, running transportation capacity analysis, running simulation and scenarios for leadership, and synchronizing our supply and demand over the 13‑week to 52‑week horizon to meet our customer’s needs.

Key Job Responsibilities

Manage the short and medium‑term forecast, capacity and peak planning for the AMZL MX network

Work in partnership with the operations team to set optimal network plans and transportation choices to meet on‑time delivery goals

Define a near‑term vision and plan to deliver it, driving continuous customer‑experience improvement by collaborating with stakeholders on the design of new solutions that enhance business performance and achieve established quality and efficiency goals

Inspect demand forecasts and capacity plans critically and challenge assumptions from business teams

Provide high‑quality inputs and garner alignment with finance and leadership teams using a combination of in‑person meetings, well‑written data‑backed documents, detailed business models or presentations

Identify and evaluate potential risks/obstacles within both internal and external business environments with minimal direction

A Day in the Life You attend daily business reviews and understand what’s happening to key network metrics.

You spend time with strategy and ops teams to find ways to meet customer expectations.

You write quality documents that seek to plan, inform, and align internal stakeholders.

You challenge the status quo and drive data‑based decision making within your team.

Additionally, you are always ready to jump in and take charge when problems and challenges emerge.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

6+ years of owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

6+ years of supply‑chain management (logistics, inventory turn management, forecasting, operations)

Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing

Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results, or experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving

Experience with complex commercial/legal concepts and drafting, ability to quickly read and interpret legal terminology and reasoning

Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting

Fluently speak, write, and read in English

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing

6+ years of supply‑chain management (logistics, inventory turn management, forecasting, operations) experience, or MBA

Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
