Your role and responsibilities Role Overview The Contract Administrator supports contract management activities for a multi-billion dollar federal acquisition program, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of contract documents.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review contract documents using approved templates, ensuring completeness and compliance with federal regulations
Coordinate contract approvals and obtain necessary signatures from stakeholders in a timely manner
Manage contract execution, including modifications, amendments, and terminations
Collaborate with contractors, client personnel, and program teams to ensure contractual obligations are met
Resolve contract-related issues and support documentation efforts throughout the acquisition lifecycle
Required technical and professional expertise
A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, performance monitoring, and data analysis
Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations, contracting vehicles, and procurement planning
Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience interacting with clients and stakeholders
Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies in procurement
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience supporting federal acquisition programs or contract administration in government environments
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools or procurement systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
Experience preparing contract documentation, amendments, and compliance reports
Ability to identify and mitigate contract-related risks in dynamic program setting
