Compensation Pay range (depending on experience): $70-100k + commission
Schedule/Shift Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Location East Bay
Responsibilities
Manage daily marketing operations, sales calls and ongoing education with referral decision makers.
Facilitate education on guidelines and agency services provided.
Participate in community education events, including speaking to healthcare professionals, and institutions to provide education on services offered by Mission Healthcare.
Coordinate with physician offices for necessary documentation, such as physician signature on orders, required addendums and other documents in a timely manner.
Develop and implement marketing plans, assist in establishing territory volume projections and monitor the allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Mission Healthcare’s markets including major payor groups, key referral sources and competitor’s market positioning.
Build and maintain positive relationships with referral and payor sources.
Monitor and report on cost-effective marketing efforts.
Remain educated and up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health.
Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
Ability to assertively market and deal tactfully with patients, their families and the community.
Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
Valid driver’s license.
