About the role Our customers are often highly technical teams who embed Inkeep-powered AI assistants into their docs, help center, or inside of their apps -- virtually at any touch point and in any workflow. A key pillar of our product is the developer platform, which includes extensible UI components, AI and RAG APIs, and other developer-first primitives. Our customers create AI copilots, agents, and workflows on top of our platform, and in this role, you'll be partnering with them on that journey.
The role involves being high-touch with customers to help them succeed. If you want to become an expert on how companies embed AI systems into their customer experiences and their internal workflows, Inkeep is a great fit.
Responsibilities
Onboard and support customers through paid pilots
Create templates, quickstarts, and other technical onboarding artifacts
Use AI to make your work more efficient and our customers' lives easier
Qualifications
2+ years in solutions/sales engineering, support engineering, or other engineering roles with customer-facing responsibilities
Strong experience with TypeScript (Python experience is a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Located in NYC or willing to relocate (this role is in-office 5 days a week)
