What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership
: Supervise experienced technician teams across multiple restoration projects, ensuring work meets industry standards and customer expectations. Technical Operations
: Oversee water extraction, fire/smoke cleanup, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, and demolition projects using professional-grade equipment. Customer Relations
: Maintain professional communication with customers throughout projects, documenting work for insurance purposes and ensuring satisfaction. Professional Development
: Stay current with IICRC standards and restoration techniques through ongoing training and certification programs.
Who We’re Looking For:
Proficient English skills
– You can read, write, and communicate clearly Ability to Pass our Background Check
– You can pass a drug test and criminal background check Valid driver's license
– Must meet our insurance requirements QuickBooks Time experience
– Or a willingness to learn it quickly IICRC Certified
– In Water Restoration (WRT) or Fire and Smoke (FSRT) Experience
– In restoration work, cleaning, or construction Dependability & flexibility
: Able to work variable hours, including after-hours emergencies Respirator fit test:
Ability to pass on your first day and maintain eligibility throughout employment
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills including Excel for inventory management
Experience in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, or specialty cleaning
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience with project measurement, sketching, and cost calculations
Commitment to ongoing professional development
