We are seeking a seasoned Performance Reliability Engineer (SRE Tester) with over 5 years of experience in ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability across cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring system health, investigating incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement preventive and automated solutions.

Your role

Monitor system health and performance metrics to ensure high availability and reliability.

Utilize tools and write code to automate monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.

Investigate system incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.

Collaborate with Operations and Development teams to debug issues and develop solutions.

Work with Azure Data Factory, Pipelines, ADLS, and other monitoring tools to support data workflows.

Develop and maintain live site dashboards for real-time visibility into system performance.

Ensure smooth deployment and release processes, minimizing downtime and risk.

Manage cloud infrastructure and databases, and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.

Communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively to stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).

Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Pipelines, ADLS, and monitoring tools.

Proven experience in incident investigation and preventive action implementation.

Hands‑on experience with automation tools for monitoring and alerting.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively with both Operations and Development teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing cloud infrastructure and debugging production issues.

Familiarity with live site dashboard development and maintenance.

Strong understanding of deployment and release management processes.

Ability to analyze complex technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders.
