Position Overview

Arnold & Porter is seeking a staff attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in our Seattle office. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Qualified applicants should have at least 5 years of experience working in commercial real estate and possess the ability to independently manage title review, lease abstracts, and operational commercial contracts (broker agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and vendor contracts, among other property management matters). The ideal candidate has knowledge of the transactional process and can manage large-scale projects with numerous moving parts. Corporate governance experience is a plus. All applicants should have strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Compensation

The salary for this position is $125,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience. Track
