The primary mission is to successfully implement the Company's model in the region, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, sustainability, and alignment with corporate standards. Additionally, the role will drive commercial and revenue strategies, optimize the profitability of current properties, and lead the prospecting and development of new hotel projects to consolidate the Company's expansion in Southeast Asia. The position integrates a threefold vision: Operational, Commercial, and Expansion. The Managing Director will also be responsible for building and leading high‑performing local teams, fostering strategic institutional and business relationships, and ensuring alignment with the Company's global policies on management, sustainability, culture, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities & Main Functions
Define and execute the corporate strategy in the region, adapting global objectives to local market needs and anticipating industry trends. Develop local strategic plans aligned with the Company's global vision and objectives. Oversee and optimize hotel operations, ensuring quality standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Drive regional growth and expansion through new openings, strategic partnerships, and portfolio diversification, in collaboration with the Expansion Team. Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting corporate culture, collaboration, and professional development of local and international talent. Represent the Company before key stakeholders, including investors, local authorities, industry associations, and at international conferences and trade events. Ensure financial management and budget control, supervising financial planning, profitability objectives, and internal audits. Guarantee compliance with local and international regulations, including sustainability and social responsibility standards. Promote innovation and continuous improvement, driving process modernization, technology adoption, and innovative proposals to position the Company as a global hospitality leader. A successful Corporate Managing Director SEA should have: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields. Additional training in Hotel Management, MBA, or executive programs. Minimum of 10 years in the hospitality industry, including at least 5 years in executive leadership roles within international companies, such as Cluster General Manager, Regional Director, or Operartions Director / COO. Proven expertise in the region, preferably Vietnam. Demonstrated experience in corporate management, strategic development, and long‑term planning. Strong background in global or regional hotel operations management. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and making strategic decisions. Advanced language skills: English (mandatory), other languages such Spanish will be highly valued and French or local languages desirable. Experience in developing commercial relationships, strategic alliances, and stakeholder management. Commitment to the Company and alignment with corporate culture. Adaptability to change.
