JR\_00000984IHRE AUFGABEN:**Summary:**Bürkert USA is seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Senior MRP / Supply Chain Manager to serve as a key operations leader in executing our aggressive fluidics growth strategy from our Systemhaus near Charlotte. This critical role demands a visionary professional capable of strategically building and expanding our entire domestic supply chain ecosystem. The Manager will be directly responsible for orchestrating resource planning (MRP), logistics, and local production intralogistics, while leading the strategic imperative to achieve a significant increase in US production capabilities and volumes. Our goals for growth are only accomplished by aggressively pioneering onshoring and local build-up initiatives, and therefore we are seeking a proven and driven, high energy executive with deep expertise in modern supply chain principles, rigorous LEAN methodologies, and a demonstrated track record of transforming operations to maximize net value and secure a competitive advantage through enhanced domestic manufacturing.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities****:*** Develop and implement a cohesive, data-informed supply chain strategy that aligns with company objectives and addresses modern challenges such as tariff avoidance and local production build-up.* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supply chain professionals, including Material Resource Planning (MRP) Planners, Sourcing Specialists, Shipping, Receiving, Intralogistics, and Scheduling team members.* Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by driving LEAN methodologies throughout the supply chain.* Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to forecast customer demand and translate this into a strategic material resource and supply plan.* Oversee all procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.* Develop and manage inventory strategies (e.g., safety stock, re-order points) to optimize working capital and ensure product availability.* Direct all logistics and distribution activities, including warehousing and transportation, to maximize efficiency and service levels.* Partner with key Bürkert internal teams in Germany and leverage the global network to establish reliable material and service exchanges.* Participate in the development of new projects and products by working with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to define sourcing and inventory requirements.* Utilize and analyze supply chain KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and drive corrective actions in alignment with the objective of creating net value and building a competitive infrastructure.* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.* Manage budgets for the supply chain department and report on financial performance.* Travel as necessary to key suppliers domestically or to Bürkert factories internationally.\*This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected.
