Quickly attain deep knowledge of product function, specifications, pricing, and competitive dynamics. Set strategy & roadmap.
Define multi‑year category strategy, research emerging products, and ensure optimal item mix, pricing, and supply continuity. Select & negotiate with suppliers.
Lead competitive sourcing in partnership with clinical, legal, quality, finance, and operations teams; craft and operationalize contracts. Monitor performance.
Track KPIs for suppliers and categories; mitigate risk with robust business controls. Serve as category champion.
Represent your portfolio to internal and external stakeholders; develop marketing and e‑commerce collateral; drive upsell initiatives. Continuously improve.
Identify process‑improvement opportunities and champion change; generate reports highlighting progress and areas for optimization. Resolve escalations.
Triage supply, service, or quality issues raised by operations, customer service, or sales. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field (Engineering or MBA preferred) 5+ years
in category management or strategic sourcing; experience within medical device or multinational environment strongly preferred On‑site presence at headquarters in
