Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced

Electrical Superintendent

with 5 or more years of commercial electrical construction experience. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and field coordination of all aspects of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, low voltage systems, and fire sprinkler scopes of a project(s).

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Electrical Superintendent will work as part of the field leadership team and will be responsible for the planning and execution of system start-up, test and balance, and commissioning. They will work closely with Project Executives and Regional Leadership, and responsibilities include:

Foster the development of Foreman to grow into future Superintendents.

Duties And Responsibilities

Support pre-construction and project teams in reviewing trade partners proposals, schedules, and logistics.

Manage installation of electrical, HVAC, automation, plumbing, process piping, low voltage systems, fire/life safety, and fire protection systems.

Participate in review of electrical shop drawings and submittals.

Assist in developing commissioning plans for electrical systems, including testing, inspections, factory start-up, and documentation.

Oversee onsite construction support for MEP systems, including start-up, balancing, commissioning, and owner training.

Develop and oversee project-specific electrical quality and safety programs.

Create and update construction schedules, monitor progress, and manage logistics.

Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction for project milestones.

Lead EIG/DPR’s injury-free safety program.

Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and resources.

Represent EIG field operations with owners and design teams.

Required Skills And Abilities

Looking for a detail-oriented team player with strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a safety-oriented mindset. Proficiency in construction software, scheduling tools, and MS Office is preferred. The candidate should have experience managing multiple stakeholders and creating a positive team environment.

Education And Experience

5+ years as an MEP Superintendent, preferably with DPR’s core market.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

Walking, standing, climbing, heavy lifting, and prolonged sitting and working on a computer.

Travel to job sites and offices.
