Job Responsibilities: Assist in a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including left/right heart caths, PCI, AICD, pacemakers, Micra implants, IABP, and Impella. Circulate and scrub in Cath Lab cases; support in procedural sedation and medication administration. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias during procedures. Ensure proper setup and operation of specialized equipment including IVUS, IABP, and ventilator systems. Participate in call rotation (2 weekdays + every third weekend). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including radiology, pharmacy, respiratory, and rapid response teams. Maintain high standards of patient care and safety in a fast-paced acute care environment. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year recent Cath Lab experience Active California Radiologic Technologist License ARRT certification Fluoroscopy Permit (CA) BLS and ACLS certifications Proficiency in:
Circulating Cath Lab procedures Dysrhythmia interpretation and management Procedural sedation administration/monitoring Pulmonary artery/Swan Ganz line monitoring
Epic charting experience preferred
