The ideal candidate must have caregiver or home care recruiting experience, understands the Guardian registration process, and can lead New Hire Orientations (NHO) in San Jose and throughout the Bay Area. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for Home Care Aides: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Oversee Guardian registration compliance and related documentation. Gather and verify pre-hire documents (driver’s license, immunizations, etc.). Lead engaging New Hire Orientations and ensure a 5-star candidate experience. Develop creative sourcing strategies and attend job fairs/networking events. Track key recruiting metrics and assist with special projects as needed. What You’ll Bring 1+ year of recruiting experience for Home Care Aides or similar hourly roles. Knowledge of Guardian/HCA registration, HRIS, I-9, and E-Verify processes. Strong local network and sourcing skills. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Details Salary: $70,000 – $83,138 annually (based on experience). Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week, and an additional day in the community. Travel: Throughout Bay Area for NHOs and meetings (San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo, San Jose).
