Requirements:

Board Certification in Pediatrics (not accepting Board Eligible)
Active NV License or IMLC Compact Eligible
Must have been clinically active within the past year
Minimum of 1 year's clinical experience within the specialty
CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained
Ability to offer ongoing availability
