A progressive healthcare system in Central New York is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a patient-centered outpatient practice in Andes, NY. This role provides primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Position Highlights:
•Join a small, supportive team (1 Physician & 1 APP)
•Outpatient only - Monday-Friday (8 AM-5 PM) or 4/10-hour shifts
•EMR: EPIC
•Loan repayment options (federal/state)
•New graduates welcome!
Compensation & Incentives:
•Salary: $104,040 - $133,699
•Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
•Hospital-employed model with administrative support
Qualifications:
•Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
•NY State License, BLS, and DEA required
