ConnexAI We’re seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the onboarding and deployment of our AI-driven solutions for clients across the US. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering a smooth and successful implementation experience, from initial kickoff through to full platform adoption. You’ll play a key role in helping our customers unlock value quickly and effectively.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage the full implementation process for new customers, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to define scope, configure solutions, and ensure successful rollout. You’ll run discovery sessions, advise on best practices, and provide technical and strategic support throughout the onboarding journey. Your focus will be on making every client feel confident and empowered, ensuring our solutions are fully aligned with their goals.
What you’ll bring
You bring experience delivering SaaS implementations or consulting services, ideally in a technical or AI-related space. You’re an excellent communicator who can explain complex solutions in simple terms, and you’re confident leading meetings, solving problems, and managing timelines. You’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on driving outcomes that lead to long-term customer success and satisfaction.
