to guide their residential construction projects from concept to completion—with creativity, precision, and heart. As our Lead Architect, you'll: Design and oversee high-quality residential projects Translate client dreams into buildable, budget-conscious plans Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and field teams Ensure compliance with codes, zoning, and construction best practices Lead with innovation while mentoring junior design talent You’ll be a great fit if you: Are a licensed architect (or on track) with 7+ years of residential experience Have strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering tools Understand construction sequencing, materials, and permitting Communicate clearly with clients and builders alike Love problem-solving and take pride in practical, beautiful design We’re a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and homes that feel as good as they look.
