Oracle Financials Architect - NJ

Our client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking an Oracle Financials Architect to join their team. As an Oracle Financials Architect, you will support various financial application initiatives within the technology department. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Job Title: Oracle Financials Architect Location: Jersey City, NJ Pay Range: Competitive What's the Job? Gather, analyze, and prepare high-level designs and delivery plans for financial applications, focusing on General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes. Use Microsoft PowerPoint to present high-level designs, including advantages and disadvantages of various technological options, as-is and to-be states. Create complex business process workflows and present them to senior technology executives. Provide functional consulting as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the application development lifecycle. Identify functionality gaps, advise on proofs of concept (POCs), and develop effective solutions or workarounds. What's Needed? 12 to 14 years of experience in financial applications design and delivery. Strong presentation skills, especially with Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience preparing project status reports for senior management, including roadmaps and risk mitigation strategies. Preferred experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion Financial modules (AP, FA, GL) implementation or upgrades. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion Financial modules, MS PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Software Architecture design. What's in it for me?
