The Customer Service and Marketing Representative reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to acquire new clients, while also helping to oversee and maintain the existing customer base.
Core Functions:
Create targeted marketing strategies, campaigns, and collateral to attract core business prospects
Utilize various digital marketing techniques (e.g., PPC) as well as traditional methods (e.g., direct mail) to increase lead generation
Develop and manage content for blogs and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to enhance brand awareness
Maintain and update the studio website as needed
Ensure all external communications are consistent with the brand messaging
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify further business opportunities
Attend client meetings and networking events as required, which may include occasional off-hours or weekends
Required Skills:
Ability to maintain high engagement levels with customers
Strong knowledge and experience in social media management
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
Good visual design sense
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of marketing and customer service experience
Associates or Bachelors Degree
