As a Lead MUMPS developer, you can solve problems with complete end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Were seeking a Lead developer with advanced skills to diagnose and fix issues affecting VistA Scheduling products for our Veterans Affairs client. This role involves more than coding. You will use your passion, experience, and techniques to identify and implement system improvements, mentor teammates, and build and repair health and clinical applications for VA using Agile lifecycle development. Youll analyze user needs and environment to ensure solutions consider current architecture and future enhancements. Join us as we build systems to improve Veterans Affairs. The world cant wait. You Have 25+ years of experience with MUMPS software development 7+ years working with VA VistA 5+ years working with VA VistA scheduling packages Experience leading a team of MUMPS developers Knowledge of dependencies on VA VistA Scheduling packages and modernized scheduling applications Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and understand dependencies Ability to understand and communicate user requirements Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination Bachelors degree Nice If You Have Knowledge of Agile frameworks Knowledge of design or architectural patterns Knowledge of architecture styles and APIs SAFe Certifications Vetting Applicants will be subject to a government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. Compensation Our benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. The projected salary range is $112,900 to $257,000 annually. This posting closes within 90 days from the posting date.
