Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications,commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The Role: Storyteller, Designer, Technician, Collaborator We’re looking for a talented, multi-skilled Video Producer who thrives at the intersection of craft and creativity. You’ll produce videos that inform, educate, inspire, and move people—through strategy-driven storytelling, design-forward motion graphics, and top-tier video production. This is not a plug-and-play production role. We’re seeking someone who’s comfortable experimenting, iterating, and bringing fresh ideas to the table, from tone and pacing to visual narrative and format. You’ll create emotionally intelligent, visually stunning content across live events, corporate campaigns, executive communications, and brand moments. This role is fast-paced and dynamic. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to shift gears quickly. You’ll regularly collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, offering a rare opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects and learn directly from experienced leaders. Key Responsibilities Creative Development & Strategy Collaborate early on to concept and pitch ideas that balance strategy with storytelling. Write or refine scripts and treatments that speak human, not jargon. Storyboard and sketch sequences that guide vision and design direction. Production & Live Capture Plan and execute high-quality video shoots across studio, office, and live/hybrid events. Oversee lighting, audio, and multi-camera setups for both recorded and live-streamed content. Direct and coach on-camera talent with professionalism and creative clarity. Post-Production & Motion Design Edit projects in Adobe Premiere Pro and design motion graphics using After Effects. Build clean, compelling animations, titles, transitions, and explainers that elevate messaging. Deliver layered visuals, intro packages, kinetic typography, and animated infographics. Audio & Delivery Mix voice-over, music, and sound design using Adobe Audition to meet professional audio standards. Export video for multiple formats, optimize for internal platforms and external publishing. Maintain video file organization and archive systems for reusability. Project Management & Collaboration Manage schedules, assets, and vendor coordination; track progress across concurrent projects. Collaborate with marketing, design, communications, and leadership to ensure alignment and brand integrity. Provide creative guidance to freelance editors or junior team members as needed. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of hands-on video production and motion design experience in corporate, agency, or media settings. 3-5 years of corporate experience creating video for financial, B2B, or professional audiences. Experience demonstrating cinematic thinking, story-first editing, and standout motion graphics. Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong grasp of lighting, audio, and camera operation in various environments. Passion for both aesthetics and clarity—able to balance visual beauty with message accuracy. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with 3D or visual effects (Cinema 4D, Blender, Element 3D). Eye for visual identity and experience working with brand guidelines. Understanding of video performance metrics on platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, or internal intranets. This role is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
