Work Location: Remote Clearance Required: US Citizen, DHS Public Trust (EOD) We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer with at least 5 years of industry experience to help modernize federal systems in cloud environments. The project is starting from scratch, and your role will be crucial in developing a DevSecOps, Cloud framework, addressing federal security requirements, and implementing quality-driven software practices to reduce manual effort. Provide expertise in highly specialized applications and environments, including analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex problems. Apply principles and methods to develop automated solutions for technical problems in engineering and scientific applications. Assist stakeholders with system analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements across various specialties including architecture, networking, automation, and software lifecycle management. Leverage experience in IT and related technologies relevant to the role. Qualifications
5+ years Java development experience Proficiency with Oracle JDK 1.8 and OpenJDK 11 Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and multi-threading Experience with Java, Spring, Apache Commons, and related back-end technologies Knowledge of web services, REST, JSON, SOAP/XML, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular Experience with databases, SQL, and unit testing (JUnit) Familiarity with modern IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse), design patterns, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Maven, GitLab, shell scripting) Salary & Benefits
The salary range is approximately $107,552 - $160,000, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health/dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and professional development reimbursement. Application Deadline
